Behavioral issues and family work
Due to my many years as a military dependent, I have spent the majority of my life traveling. This lifestyle has afforded me the privilege to experience much of the world that I otherwise wouldn’t have. I was born in Tacoma, Washington. I have lived in places such as Incirlik, Turkey all the way to Fairbanks, Alaska. I have settled here in Cheyenne, Wyoming and have made this place my home for the last 15 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences in 2000 from Bellevue University in Nebraska.
I have four beautiful children. I spent many of my post college years devoted to raising my children and keeping a stable home life for my family through all the challenges of being a military family. I have now entered my “empty nester” era and have enjoyed getting back into the workforce as a full time substitute teacher for Laramie County School District. I have found this to be challenging and also incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of people around me. This is my purpose in life.
In my spare time I love crafting and going on adventures with my children and grandchildren. I love the outdoors, but I also find enjoyment in staying inside to watch my favorite shows. I look forward to continuing my professional career with Specialty Counseling and Consulting and living out my life’s passion through helping my clients.
