Greetings! I’m excited to continue my counseling services with Specialty. The group here is very friendly and service oriented, making the group collaboration with cases especially rewarding. I am originally from Ohio and moved to Colorado about 15 years ago. I did my undergrad at Ashford University, earning two BAs in psychology and cognitive development. The mind fascinates me. I worked as a massage therapist for over 17 years and then got my MA in counseling through Regent University.
I work with people and groups in any demographic. I am exploring many modalities, and I gravitate toward ACT and existential counseling. Both work with acceptance and self-exploration. If you are someone looking to be challenged with how you think and process life, I can be a great guide in that journey.
