I have always known that I wanted to help people. My journey to becoming a therapist began when I was a freshman at the University of Wyoming. I had the privilege of being in a class where we got to learn about all of the different helping professions. Once I learned about social work, I knew this career was the right fit for me.
I graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2014 with my bachelor’s in social work. Following that, I began work at Specialty Counseling as clinical case coordinator. In 2017, I began school at Metropolitan State University of Denver to earn my master’s in social work. I graduated in 2019 with my MSW and have continued my work at Specialty Counseling. I love working with children, adolescents, young adults and have experience working with child protection and probation systems.
In my free time I enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking, paddle boarding and camping. I also enjoy going to the gym for boxing, yoga and weight lifting.
I’m looking forward to working with you and assisting you in becoming the best version of yourself!
