Somatic Experiential, Attachment, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD
Hi. My name is Hannah Martin. Welcome and congrats on starting your healing journey. Whether you’re seeking therapy for preventative care or in response to life’s obstacles, I believe that therapy, while both challenging and beautiful, is a gift. Trauma, pain, and the struggles we face can leave us feeling stuck or lost, but even in those moments, our bodies and minds have the capacity to guide us toward a more empowered, grounded, and light-filled place. You’ve always had that ability — let’s work together to access it.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and collaborative, combining the strengths of talk therapy with body-based practices to support deep, lasting healing. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-in-Environment Theory, and Attachment Theory, alongside breathwork and Somatic Experiencing. By identifying each individual’s unique needs and creating a strong mind-body connection, we can open a powerful pathway to nervous system regulation, emotional insight, self-awareness, and sustainable change.
I enjoy working with people of all ages, particularly adolescents, young adults, veterans, LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals, and couples. My goal is to create a safe therapeutic environment, support each individual (or couple) in identifying the tools and strategies that best suit their goals, and to be a collaborator in your journey to empowerment.
