Hello! I am a Colorado native and have lived in both rural areas and large cities. In 2013, I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. I began working in community mental health as a case manager for six years before transitioning into therapy services.
In 2021, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and as a licensed addiction counselor (LAC). I primarily work with people experiencing addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I focus mostly on adults, and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to meet my clients where they are at in their journey, explore realistic changes, and help people think about problems through a different perspective. I enjoy facilitating groups as much as providing individual services.
In my free time, you can find me cheering on Colorado’s sports team, nose deep in a good book, hanging by the lake, visiting with friends or family, baking a new treat, or spending time with my cat Daisee.
