I was born in Rapid City, South Dakota, and moved to Monument Colorado at an early age where I was raised and spent the first 22 years of my life. I then moved to Fort Collins in 2016 to attend college at Colorado State University where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Science, psychology concentration) in 2019. After graduating I spent a year and a half working with at-risk youths before transitioning to working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities up to the end of 2023. While working with these populations, I also received my first aid/CPR training and mental health first aid training. During this time, I also attended the University of Northern Colorado where I had the opportunity to work in a community health clinic and neurofeedback clinic. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the winter of 2023. I have also completed my NCE and have received my LPCC.

I am one of five children (right in the middle) and live in Fort Collins with my partner. I enjoy spending time with my family and relaxing in my own space. I enjoy exploring nature and recently picked up the hobby of axe throwing. I enjoy learning new things and having new experiences.
