I was born in Cheyenne, WY and raised a military brat. I attended the University of Wyoming and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Social Work. I then went on to complete a Master’s of Social Work degree and graduated in 2022. I am currently a Provisional Clinical Social Worker. While interning, I have worked with all ages from children to geriatrics. I have a passion for using client-centered strength-based approach to mental health through individual, couples, families, and groups. My approach is broad pulling from different therapies and experiences such as cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), emotional regulation, and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT). I am very direct and straight forward in my approach with clients while working together to identify strengths and goals that are in accordance with the client’s personal values and priorities. It is my job to provide support and skills to assist clients as they navigate through their mental health journey.
Free time is new to me, I enjoy spending time with my family and four dogs. I love to travel to new places, experience new things, and chill on the couch with my fur-kids and grandkids.
