I’m a Colorado Native, I received my Bachelor’s in social work at Baylor University, and my master’s in social work at Colorado State University. I think the brain is a fascinating thing, and it can be both brilliant and extremely stubborn! In therapy, we will work together to help you and your brain communicate better so you can live the life you want to live. I believe you are the expert, and I’m just along to facilitate what is already within you. I use a combination of techniques to help you figure out the roots of behaviors, process your past and present pain, and make empowered choices about your life. I work with adolescents and adults, and I mainly use cognitive, dialectical, internal systems, and narrative therapies. I have experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, addiction, adjustment issues, and trauma. I’m grateful to be a part of the Specialty Counseling team!
