Earl H. Faulkner, M.A., Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of WY (#419) and Clinical Director of Specialty Counseling and Consulting, LLC. Dr. Faulkner holds Masters and Doctorate degrees in psychology from the University of Nebraska. He started his career as a Psychologist and Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry (1987-2001). Since 2001, he has worked with at-risk and adjudicated youth placed in residential care settings. Dr. Faulkner specializes in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults with social-emotional and behavioral disorders. Areas of interest and expertise include the following: assessment of intelligence and personality, applied research methods, collaborative therapeutic assessment and interventions, child and adolescent mental and behavioral health, substance abuse and addiction, and cognitive-behavioral treatment interventions. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Wyoming Psychological Association.
