Children, Teens, Trauma, Depression, Addictions
Welcome, it’s nice to meet you! I was born and raised in northeast Ohio, but I always felt called out west to the mountains, which brought me to beautiful Laramie, Wyoming. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Kent State University in 2019, and my Master of Science in mental health counseling from the University of Wyoming in 2024. I have known I wanted to work in some type of helping field since middle school and have previously worked in elementary education and adolescent addiction recovery.
My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and strengths-based; you are the expert on your life, and I am here to help with navigation on your journey. I also incorporate expressive arts and play therapy techniques (for all ages), existential, and trauma-informed therapy. In all cases, I approach with a holistic lens to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem and identity, and career counseling, and I always look forward to expanding my expertise.
In my free time, I love to hike and camp, play board games and video games, cook, bake, and create all types of arts and crafts.
